What kind of return on investment (ROI) can I expect from the magazine program?

The ROI of the magazine program depends on various factors such as the efficiency of the front desk, the dentist's rapport with new patients, and the treatment coordinator's communication skills. However, based on feedback from our clients, they have reported an ROI ranging from 2:1 up to 12:1 with our magazine program. The magazine has proven to attract strong patients due to its persuasive content, which not only informs but also convinces prospective patients to choose your practice.

How many full arches should I expect?

Our clients have experienced a significant increase in implants and full arches, up to 300%. The number of full arches largely depends on how many magazines a practice sends out per month, the effectiveness of the front desk, the dentist's expertise, and the treatment coordinator's effectiveness. On average, our clients report anywhere from 1-5 full arches per month.

How many magazines should I send out per month?

Sending out more magazines has shown to yield better results. Our top-performing client sends out 40,000 magazines per month which brings in many high production cases. The minimum number we recommend is 5,000, but we aim to scale it up to find the optimal number for your practice, which can range from 5,000 to 15,000 per month.

How much does the magazine program cost?

The cost varies depending on the number of magazines printed and sent out. Our high volume of 9M magazines per year allows us to offer the best printing rates. Postage cost remains constant.

Where do you send the magazines?

We use the Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) service offered by the post office to target specific demographics in neighborhoods. Our distribution team will work with you to create a plan to target the desired areas based on demographics.

Do I get exclusivity?

Yes, we provide exclusivity to each client, with the radius determined by the population density around your office. Typically, we offer a 5-mile radius where we will not work with another practice. However, you can still send out magazines beyond this radius.

What happens when I run out of magazines?

Most of our clients opt for reprints, which are more cost-effective as we don't have to create the magazine from scratch.

How do you track the success of the magazine program?

We track the success of the magazine program using a unique call tracking number on each magazine. We can monitor all the calls made from it, and provide you with information on who called, the reason for the call, and whether an appointment was made. Additionally, we can pass on any feedback on the call to improve your performance.

Up to this point, we’ve conducted market research through over 10,000 one-on-one interviews with patients to understand their preferences when choosing a dentist, the decision-making process, and their priorities. We use this information to create the content for the marketing magazine, making it highly effective in attracting new patients to your practice. We continue to do surveys to keep up with the trend of patients.
