“When I first came to work at this office in 1999 I knew one of the first things we needed to do was get a Web presence.
“Our first website was created through a dental education company and in the first year we only had seven new patients from this.
“Then I was contacted in 2010 by Keith Gilleard of Gilleard Dental Marketing.
“It took us a bit to finally make the commitment but when we finally got rolling things went fast.
“The website was put together working with the Web design team and the result is a very professional site.
“We then got the Web marketing campaign going and saw immediate results.
“As many offices can attest, referrals from regular newspaper and magazine ads have greatly diminished and even patient referrals are not at all what they used to be. I hear this all the time through other offices and articles I read.
“As of now, 50% of our new patients are coming from our Internet presence, with many patient referrals coming from these same Internet patients. Our new patients are well over what we had last year when we started with Gilleard.
“It is easy to say that this is now our major source for new patients.
“I constantly hear from these Internet patients that once they got to our Web page they decided to call us.
“I am convinced that this is the best way to get new patients for our office.”
