“I’ve tried billboards, radio ads, paid online ads…they were okay. The magazine has been really good to us. Print is still such a good medium for dental, especially for patients with big problems. The magazine helps to capture all the low hanging fruit of patients that need and want help but they just don’t look online. There are patients who have come in who are just waiting for something like the magazine to come to their home, and they come in ready to start treatment, no questions asked. There are patients who have come in saying they’ve gotten the magazine three or even six times, and their magazine has written notes all over it. By continuing to send it out to the same areas, I’ve sort of become the local guru on dentistry, and I stick in patients’ minds as the one to go to for their dental needs.
