Why Our Clients Chose Us for Their Dental Marketing

Checklist Recently we completed our annual survey and along with asking our clients about their marketing goals, we naturally also asked them why they chose us and what they considered our company’s strengths to be.

The main factors can be summarized as:

The client received a positive referral from another client. Many of our clients were referred by other, satisfied clients. As you know, word of mouth is one of the most important aspects of marketing.

As a tip, there are two main aspects to increasing referral numbers, one is encouraging patients to refer through referral programs and the other is delivering service that exceeds patients’ expectations. The delighted patients are then more than happy to pass the word around about your practice.

The results. Of course, the main reason our clients stay with us is our results. We work hard to get the patient numbers up for our clients for the type of services they most want to deliver. We actively market for high-production cases as well as the dentists’ meat-and-potato services. Some of our clients only want the high-production cases, in which case we focus on marketing for these.

The quality of our marketing. Our clients like our attention to detail and the quality of design and copy (text). They like that the website or print piece is a true representation of their practice’s strengths.

Customization. Our clients like the fact that their marketing is completely custom and designed exclusively for their practice.

Our use of market research. We do market research to isolate the exact messaging and imagery to use for each client’s marketing. This includes surveys, a demographic study and a competitive analysis. We also have an extensive database of dental research results that we utilize in all our marketing.

Our responsive, professional staff. I’ll let some of clients speak on this one! Here are some of the comments we received on our survey: “You are good listeners, you’re professional and you know your business.”; “The responsive turnaround time on any changes or editing on our website.”; and, “They are really responsive to anything I want.”
